I'm not sure what I should be searching for. I found some stackoverflow articles but they explain how to scan for wireless networks or enable wifi, not the access points that belong to the wireless network: To query for a list of access points, their MAC addresses, and signal strength: I'm trying to very simply mimic the scanning functionality of a tool like WiFi Anaylzer: Before JDK1.6 is released, many are using the command and pattern to get the MAC address in Windows, minor code changes will enable it to get the MAC address in nux as well. Select the access point you want to connect, and the press F2, or right-click with the mouse and then choose Connect Selected Access Point. How can I enumerate through all the underlying access points to get their MAC and signal strength? In order to connect to access point with specific MAC address (BSSID), simply run WifiInfoView.exe, and then on the main window, look at the MAC Address column and find the access point you want to connect. My phone sees one named wireless network that is actually several access points. I'm still rather new to Android and very new to WiFiManager.
